• Bank account information (collected and stored by Stripe, not by us)
• Logo and branding assets
• Transaction and sales data

From Customers:

• Name and email address (buyer and recipient)
• Payment information (collected and stored by Stripe, not by us)
• Gift card messages

2. How We Use Information

• To operate the Platform and process transactions
• To send gift card delivery emails
• To communicate with Merchants about their accounts
• To prevent fraud and ensure security
• To improve the Platform and develop new features

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with Stripe for payment processing, email service providers for gift card delivery, and as required by law or legal process.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), secure password hashing, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are retained for 7 years for legal and tax compliance. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

You have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements), and opt out of marketing communications.
